이민 신청 들어가서 범죄 기록을 이전에 내신분들은 다시 범죄 기록 서류를 내라는 통보를 받으실 겁니다.

새로 바뀐 범죄 기록 회보서 (Criminal History Information Record (CHIR)/Bumjoi Gyung-ryuck Jaryo Hoibo-seo)를 경찰서에서 위임을 통해 받으셔야 합니다. 자세한 방법은 영사관 문의 또는 저희 이민 준비 자료실을 참조해 주시기 바랍니다^^

How and where do I obtain one?

If you live in South Korea
You should request a Criminal History Information Record (CHIR)/Bumjoi Gyung-ryuck Jaryo Hoibo-seo from the nearest police station. Please note that all police certificates must indicate that all records have been searched, including any lapsed records.

If you live outside South Korea
You should request a Criminal History Information Record (CHIR)/Bumjoi Gyung-ryuck Jaryo Hoibo-seo from a police station in Korea. Immediate family members (parents, spouses, siblings) may request a CHIR on your behalf. Please note that criminal record certificates issued by the Korean National Police Agency (KNPA) outside of Korea are not sufficient for immigration purposes. Also, all police certificates should indicate that all records have been searched, including lapsed records.
