첫째! 고용계약이 되어 있는 경우(한마디로 현지에 취직된 경우)

둘째! 최소한 1년간 임시노동자 또는 공립대 또는 디그리 학위과정 유학생 졸업자로 캐나다에서 합법적으로 취업/거주하고 있는 상태에서 접수된 신청서인 경우

셋째! 아래 나열된 직종 가운데 하나 또는 그 이상의 경력증빙이 되는 전문인력이 신청을 한 경우 (단, 이때 경력은 이민 신청일 기준으로 10년 이내의 것이라야 합니다)

***연방 정부 신청시에 본인의 직업군은 반드시 NOC O, A, B 직군에 포함 되어야 가능합니다.



이외의 경우에는 캐나다 이민국에서는 신청비용 환불이 되고 있습니다.
