Provincial Nominee Candidate eligibility(신청인 의 조건)
The Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) is an employer-driven program. An Application for Provincial Nomination (ABPNP 003) is required for a Skilled Worker to be considered for a nomination to become a permanent resident. Provincial Nominee Candidates must meet the following:

Provincial Nominee Candidate has accepted an offer of permanent, full-time employment from an Alberta employer.(알버타에서의 영구 풀타임직 이어야함)

Provincial Nominee Candidate must ensure that the Employer and Worker Application for a Skilled Occupation (ABPNP 005) has been completed together with their employer. (ABPNP 005서류를 고용주와 신청인이 함께 작성)

Provincial Nominee Candidate must also include a photocopy of their completed permanent residence application forms. (완벽히 기재된 영주권 신청서)

Provincial Nominee Candidate must be able to provide evidence to demonstrate that he or she meets the required qualifications for the job, which includes meeting provincial regulations and industry standards. (신청인이 해당 직업의 자격조건이 되는것을 증명.)

Provincial Nominee Candidate must provide proof of current status in Canada. Provincial Nominee Candidates may apply from outside of Canada if they are able to provide proof of their legal status in their country of residence. (신청인의 현재 캐나다에서의 신분 상태 증빙. 만약 신청인이 합법적인 신분 거주 상태를 증명할수 있다면, 캐나다 외 에서 신청 가능하다.)
Note: Individuals are not eligible to apply to the AINP if they are currently a refugee claimant living in Canada. It is not the mandate of the AINP to interfere with the federal refugee claim, appeal or removal process.
