Employer eligibility(고용주 자격 조건)
The Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) is an employer driven program. An Employer and Worker Application for a Skilled Occupation (ABPNP 005) is required to select a Skilled Worker to be considered for a nomination to become a permanent resident. The application will be considered only if the offer of employment:



Is for permanent, full-time employment in Alberta and, in accordance with the National Occupational Classification (NOC) Code, meets one of the following skill levels:(영구 풀타임 고용이어야 하며, NOC 직업군 O, A, B이어야함)


0: Management occupations
A: Occupations usually require university education
B: Occupations usually require college education or trade certification


Meets provincial employment and wage standards. (주정부 고용과 급여 기준에 적합해야함)

Does not conflict with existing collective bargaining agreements. (현존 노동조합과 출돌이 없어야함)

Is made to an individual who meets the required qualifications for the position. (해당 포지션을 위한 자격 요건이 충족 되어야 함)
