One day, an honest lumberjack was chopping a tree in a forest.

어느날 한 착한 나무꾼이 숲속에서 나무를 베고 있어요

"Chop!Chop!" (해석안하셔도 되요.)

Unfortunately, his ax flew out of his hand and into the pond.

불행하게도 그의 도끼가 손에서 빠저나와 연못으로 빠저 버렸어요.

"I can't live on without my ax."

난 내 도끼없이는 못 살아.

어떻게 일을 하지?

이것이 너의 도끼이니?

네,네,네 이건 쇠도끼. 이건 제꺼에요

He was so happy to find his old iron ax.

The God of the pond was so happy with his honesty that he gave him a reward.

"It's over there in the woods."

저기에요 저기 나무 넘어서

He ran off quickly, thinking about gold and silver axes.

그는 금도끼 은도끼를 생각하며 빨리 뛰어갔습니다

The Man found the pond and began chopping the tree.

그 남자는 연못을 찾았고 그리고 나무를 자르기 시작 했습니다.

"Chop!Chop! Now, it's time to throw my ax into the pond."

베자 베어 이제 이 이 도끼를 저 연못에 빠뜨릴 시간이군.

He waited and waited.

그는 기다리고 기다렸습니다.

"Oh, hurry up! Just come out quickly and give me my reward."

오 서둘러요 빨리 나타나서 나에게 상을 주세요

The God of the pond appeared and asked,

연못의 신은 나타나서 말했어요

하~ 누가 나의 잠을 또 깨운거야? 이 은도끼가 너 것이냐?

"Yes!yes!yes! That's mine."

네네네 그건 제것 입니다.

"How about this golden ax?"

그렇다면 이 금도끼는?

"Yes!yes!yes! Of course. that is mine, too."

네네네 당연하지요 그것도 내꺼에요

The man shouted quickly.

그 남자는 빠르게 소리 쳤어요.

"Well, maybe this is your ax, too?"

그렇다면 이 도끼도 너것이지?

The God of the pond showed him the iron ax.

그 연못의 신은 쇠도끼를 보여 주었습니다.

It was his ax.

그 것 그의 도끼엿습니다.

"Oh,yeah!That is mine too.All three axes are mine."

오 네 그것도 제것입니다. 모두 3 도끼들이 제것입니다.

The Dishonest man smiled.

그 부정직한 사람은 웃었어요

"Go away, you greedy liar! I have nothing for you."

저리가 라 너는 욕심많은 거짓말쟁이야 너에게 아무것도 줄수 없어

The God of the pond was angry with him for lying and disappeared in the smoke.

그 연못의 신은 정말화가났다. 그의 거짓말에대해 그리고 연기와 함께 사라젔다.

"Oh,no! That's not fair.Just give me back my old iron ax! That one is not yours."

안돼 그건 공정하지 않아요 그냥 내 오래된 쇠도 끼나 내놔! 그건 네 것이 아니야!

The man begged and begged,but the God of the pond never appeared to him again.

그 남자는 구걸했요 그리고 구걸해어요 , 하지만 연못의신은 결코 나타나 지 않습니다. 다시는
