개스킷의 사용

When gaskets are used, the length tolerance of the Compression Limiter is dependent on the minimum and maximum specified gasket compression. Stated in formula mode:

개스킷을 사용할 때, Compression Limiter의 길이 허용치는 최소 및 최고에 해당되는 개스킷의 압축에 의해 결정된다. 공식으로 표현하면 (다음과 같다.)

Lc max = Lp min + max gasket thickness - max gasket compression

Lc min = Lp min + min gasket thickness - min gasket compression

Where:

Lc is the length of the Compression Limiter

Lp is the thickness of the plastic component

여기서 Lc는 컴프레션 리미터의 길이이고

Lp는 플라스틱 성분의 두께이다.

This is based on the assumption that the plastic component is significantly stiffer than the gasket material, having an elastic modulus at least 15 times greater than the gasket material.

이것은 플라스틱 성분이 개스킷 재료보다 상당히 단단하여서 탄성률이 개스킷 재료보다 최소한15배 이상 된다는 가정하에 이루어 졌다.
