It is in the interdisciplinary field of planning, always moving between powerless innovation and articulated irrelevance where some new intellectual sparks could light up the fire of a new theory aiming at understanding the new history.

힘없는 혁신과 명확한 불적절성 사이에 늘 움직이며 몇 가지 새롭고 지적인 번득임은 새로운 역사를 이해하는데 목적으로 한 신 이론의 불을 붙일수 있는 혁제의 장이다.




Thus planning could be at the intellectual forefront of the new world rather than being relegated to the back offices of the last wave of urban speculation.

따라서 기획은 도시 투기의 지난 파동의 비영업부문으로 격하되는 것보다 차라리 새로운 세상의 지적 중심에 있을 것이다.



But a renewed planning field needs, before anything else, a renewed intellectual foundation.

그러나 그밖의 다른 것 , 지식의 샘이 갱신되기 전에 갱신된 기획의 장이 필요한다.



In this sense, the role of Universities is determinant for the future of the field in society at large.

이러한 감각에, 대학의 역할은 일반적으로 사회에서 미래의 장으로 결정된다.




Indeed, we are not, as some say, at the end of history, but at the beginning of new history, if by history we understand the opportunity for a given biological species, that is the human species, to effect the fullness of its potential, beyond the dramatic constraints of war, hunger, and illness.

게다가, 우리는 대개가 말하듯이 역사의 결말에 있는 것이 아니라 만약 역사로 우리가 주어진 생물학 종 즉 , 전쟁, 굶주림, 그리고 질병의 극적인 압박을 벗어나 충분한 잠재성을 초래할 인류의 종 에 가능성을 이해할 수 있다면 새로운 역사의 시작의 시점에 있는 것이다.



Planning and planners could be a significant part of this new history.

기획과 기획자는 새로운 역사의 중요한 부분이 될 수 있다.
